Brulee Tart

It has taken me a while to get this tart right but I think I am there now. I have been making it as a plain “Vanilla Creme Brulee” and a “Black  Sesame Brulee”. It is quite a simple tart but it has great texture, and the bitter burnt sugar taste cuts through the rich cream.
